Ling Ling's Supperclub is back cooking up a modern day version of Chinese food inspired by my Chinese and Vietnamese heritage.

Toban djian beansprouts
Pickled with hot toban dijan garlicky sauce

Pickled Mooli
Radish pickled in rice wine vinegar

Radishes in chilli oil
Simply salted radishes in homemade chilli oil

ASIAN SCOTCH EGG
Dumpling inspired scotch egg with soy cured egg served with kimchi and a nothern chinese spice blend 

Tare mushroom bao
Pillowy steamed bao served with stir fried enoki and oyster mushrooms, kewpie mayo and pickled red onion

Dad’s crispy duck salad
Served with pickled red onions, soy roasted sunflowers seeds, Thai basil and hoisin sauce

Pan fried pork and lettuce wraps
Pan-fried pork marinated in lemongrass served with pickled carrots, lettuce wraps, fried shallots, crushed nuts

Spicy mushroom “mince”
Mushrooms stir fried with chilli bean paste and pickled mooli with butter bean and Greek yogurt hummus served with deep fried wonton skins

Poached king prawns, ginger sauce, mung bean noodles
