Toban dijan beansprouts - Pickled with hot toban djian garlicky sauce
Sichuan cucumbers - Cucumbers tossed in a tahini Sichuan chilli oil paste
Radishes in chilli oil - lightly salted tossed in homemade chilli oil
Poached pork & prawns wontons - Topped with homemade chilli oil and chives
Dan dan mince bao - Pillowy steamed bao served with stir fried pork mince with pickled mustard greens, hoisin and five spice
Spicy mushroom “mince” - Mushrooms stir fried with chilli bean paste and pickled mooli with butter bean and greek yogurt hummus served with deep fried wonton skins
Dad’s crispy duck salad - Served with pickled red onions, soy roasted sunflowers seeds, Thai basil and hoisin sauce
Vietnamese cha ca fish - marinated in turmeric and dill served with a herb salsa
Poached chicken, ginger sauce, mung bean noodles - Shredded chicken, fried pork skin crumb, ginger sauce, fried shallots, sambal and mung bean noodles
Ice cream soft spring roll - Vanilla ice cream, miso caramel, crushed peanut brittle, coriander and drizzled with passionfruit
Menus may change slightly by the event. Beer, wine and prosecco will also be available.
