Pickle plate:

Toban dijan beansprouts - pickled with hot toban djian garlicky dressing

ichuan peanut cucumber - tossed in a chinese sesame paste dressing
Radishes in chilli oil - lightly salted tossed in homemade chilli oil and black vinegar

Snack

Poached pork & prawns wontons
served with homemade chilli oil and chives

Dan dan mince bao, kewpie mayo, pickled red onions
Pillowy steamed bao served with stir fried pork mince with pickled mustard greens, hoisin and five spice

Spicy mushroom "mince" tangy hummous served with deep fried wonton skins
Mushrooms stir fried with chilli bean paste and pickled mooli with butter bean and greek yogurt hummous

Dad's crispy duck salad
served with pickled red onions, soy roasted sunflowers seeds, thai basil and hoisin sauce

Cauliflower radish cake
Pan fried cauliflower, radish and lap cheung cake topped with kimchi puree

Poached chicken, ginger sauce, rice vermicelli
Shredded poached chicken tossed with ginger and spring sauce and rice vermicelli

Dessert

Ice cream soft spring roll
Vanilla ice cream, miso caramel, crushed peanut brittle, coriander and drizzled with passionfruit
