Ling Ling's Supperclub X Madrid

Ling Ling's supperclub is coming to Madrid to cook three dinners using ingredients sourced locally. I'm super excited about exploring the food markets! 

Examples of what I may be cooking:

Pickle plate: toban dijan beansprouts, sichuan peanut cucumber, radishes in chilli oil

Poached pork and prawns wontons, homemade chilli oil, chives
V: Sweet potato

Dan Dan mince steamed bao, mayo, pickled red onions
V: Tare mushrooms

Spicy mushrooms "mince" tangy hummous served with deep fried wontons skins

Vietnamese poached chicken salad

Spicy bamboo shoots

Crispy pig's ear in xinjiang spice or cold pig ear's salad

Sliced steak in ponzu dressing 

Thinly sliced roasted pork with garlicky peanut sauce

Caramelised tofu with ginger 

Roasted cabbage with thai curry dressing with fried shallots
