Ling Ling's is cooking at Mae and Harvey every friday. I will be serving up reinvented small chinese plates in the perfect setting. Mae and Harvey's laid back environment and amazing cocktails makes this the best place to start the weekend. There's always a place at the chef's table where you can see me cook and have a chat if you like :)

Pickle Plate
Toban dijan beansprouts, radishes in chilli oil, sichuan peanutty cucumbers

Asian inspired scotch egg
Soy cured egg, sui mai sausage or chickpea casing served with fermented kimchi chilli sauce

Dad's crispy duck
Cantonese style duck served with pancakes, hoi sin and salad

Sliced extra matured steak with ponzu dressing
Cold thinly sliced steak dressed with a zesty ponzu dressing with cucumber

Garlicky green dumplings
Green veggie dumplings served with hot sesame and black vinegar 

Vietnamese poached chicken salad
Cold poached chicken served with a nuoc cham and garlic dressing with lots of herbs
