Inspired by my Cantonese and Vietnamese heritage, I serve an ever-changing menu of re-imagined classics and bold new flavours with an emphasis on seasonality and healthy eating. The dinners I serve are modelled on the humble and unassuming street cafes of China, offering an intimate and relaxed atmosphere with the idea of shared eating at the heart.

Served to communal tables and all dishes are shared and dinner will start around at 7pm


Toban djian beansprouts

pickled with hot toban dijan garlicky sauce


Smacked cucumbers 

Refreshing cucumber combined with sesame oil, homemade chilli oil and rice wine vinegar




Poached pork and prawns wontons

V: Poached tofu and spinach wontons

Topped with homemade chilli oil and ginger strands


Bao: Tare mushrooms, pickled red onions, ssamjang mayo

Hot steamy bao served with stir fried mushroom topped with ssamjang mayo and pickled red onion




Cold sliced pork belly with spicy garlicky sauce

V: Fried tofish with spicy garlicky sauce 

Thinly sliced pork belly or tofish served with fiery garlicky sauce and crushed nuts


Roasted whole cauliflower, vietnamese dressing, fish floss

V. Roasted whole cauliflower, muoi tieu chanh (salt & pepper dipping sauce), fried shallots

Whole roasted Cauliflower served alongside vietnamese dressing or muoi tieu chanh and fish floss or fried shallots


Xinjiang pomegranate and red onion salad

Fresh salad of pickled red onion, coriander and pomegranate seeds


Dan dan noodles

V. Cured egg yolk

Pork mince sesame seed paste with pickled mustard green and thin udon noodles



Ice cream spring roll

Vanilla ice cream wrapped in a soft spring roll pancake, crushed peanut brittle, coriander and drizzled with passionfruit
